Digital products
The Hearth of Moon Rae sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once a download has been accessed or delivered.
Problems with your order
Please contact us if your file is damaged, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its description. We will work with you to provide a working replacement file or another appropriate resolution.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact us promptly with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send full payment card details.
How to request help

Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law. Where local law provides a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or conformity right, that law applies.
